Denney`s in Sullivan

All 4 dinners were excellent. The server was really nice and attentive. It was clean, good family atmosphere.

Service was good and the food was good as well

Walk on door and sign says wait for host/hostess to seat you...after standing there for a good solid 5 min, the 5 people at the register said someone would be with us in a moment. Waited another 3 min before we were seated by someone that came out of the kitchen. Portions are not consistent. Tables dirty for the amount of workers verses customers. My wife's food was made incorrectly and had to have it remade. The price verses quality and quantity of the food are miles apart.

I enjoyed my time there. The ladies there are just awesome, they check on people every second to ensure that the customers are doing alright. Will definitely come back here. Best DENNY'S so far!

FOOD WAS DELICIOUS !!!!! Actually the best tasting Denny’s I’ve ever had and I go to quite a few of them. Service could’ve been a bit better but wasn’t awful. I’ll probably dine in again when in the area

Low class server ..40 min wait time for 2 eggs 2 pancakes and a slice of bacon.You'll never get my service here again.

Terrible service, sat down and ordered, waited twenty five minutes to be told that my order was never rung in. Waited another twenty five minutes to get my food, that was mediocre at best.Never got an apology, never had a manager come and talk to me, and was offered nothing in the way of compensation for my wasted time.

They were out of all the appetizers, waited 45 minutes on our food. Will never eat here again!! They didn’t have a host up front

Our sever Vicki was attentive and friendly. She checked back frequently and made sure to check on us after we had our meals for a couple of minutes. Nothing worse than needing something for the meal and not seeing your server for ages. My steak was cooked a perfect rare and all my food was hot. The kitchen put way too oil in the pan for my sauteed zucchini and squash. It was swimming in oil. That aside we'll definitely be back.

Terrible. Waited for ever and the server only came like 3 times. Don’t recommend go somewhere else and enjoy your food. Doesn’t deserve any stars at all.

2 out of 5 of our orders came wrong or missing somthing. Our waitress was friendly but there wasn't really that many people here and she didnt come around very often. Would not go out of my way to hit this Dennys.

So I walk in. I see one waitress serving one taking an order. While the well dressed manager is standing doing nothing staring at the 2 working. I stand there for 8 mins while the 2 working workers have time to great and seat me. OMG, I should have left that minute, butI love Denny's and am hungry. The manager followed them back to the kitchen and was never seen again. As I watch the 3 $8 night shift waitresses all talk smoke and have goodtime. 1 more pops out to take my order. She did bring me lemon and refilled my drink once when asked. It took 34 mins for my food to be served. I also watched 2 famlies leave because no one came to take THEIR order. OMG. Maybe over paid watresses isn't the answer. I say. Need a manager who can lead. OMG. Food was cooked perfect though. Thank the cook he is the only one working tonight. OMG.

Good considering all the covid19 restrictions on restaurants.

Used to be fantastic when they first opened but definitely went downhill really fast.

Brittney met me with a warm smile and brought me some warm coffee. This establishment has greatly improved since my last visit.

Bacon had a very old taste!!!! And as thin as paper! How sad!@ Dennis should known for its value not skimping on it's products! That causes customers to not come back. Small portion of hash browns too!!!

I got here and had to wait for a server to seat me after they walked by 20 times, when I was seated it was at a dirty table that needed to be wiped down. Since seated not one server has been by to take my order or wipe down the table

Our go to for good old, down home, comfort food. My favorite; chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and white gravy, cole slaw and fresh corn. Family friendly, clean, wheelchair accessible.

I had the salmon skillet. The salmon was over cooked, very dry. I sit at the counter. I had dirty plates and glasses on both sides of my area. I had to ask the waitress to please wipe the counter top were i was seated. This Dennys is no different then the other ones in Flying J's. The staff really don't take pride in their work as far as giving the customer good experience. Ok back here again on 09/20/18. Nothing has changed. Order coffee when I was seated. Waitress said she would be right back with it. She disappeared, and 10 minutes later I got the attention of another waitress and finally got my coffee. This place needs better employees.

pretty good service . I confused the server when she asked if I wanted gravy or cheese on my hash browns and said yes . I then said yes again to both . I loved the food

Denny's is the all American diner. They are located on the most travelled routes. They offer a selection of American standards.

Had to change my rating. They must have a new cook crew or something cause this was delicious! Good job Denny's 👍👏

In mid afternoon with few tables the service was slow order was wrong and upon returning with corrected food order for the third time was sarcastic. We live locally. Every time I have gone in there since it opened I have had issues with service & food. It will probably be another year or so before I try it again. Very disappointing!! Especially for a truck stop restaurant which should be fast, correct and courteous!!!

One thing about Denny's is that you always know what to expect. Good and friendly service! Easy access right off Interstate.

Waiting at desk to place a order waitress takes next two couples like I wasn't important tr ant these people were not even in the restaurant they just walked up got a refund watched them turn 16 giestaway who wanted to eat nevenever again will I spend money here poor service just awful

Believe it or not, Denny’s has the best steaks in Sullivan we have found. Have ordered t-bones and sirloin both, on Friday nights, whoever the cook is definitely knows how to cook a great steak. Rest of the meal was great too. Amber was our waitress and was awesome.

Its definitely a great place to go anytime of the night. Their pancakes are always good. Only thing I wouldn't order is the chocolate lavender cake things.

Had the all you can eat pancakes. Wasn't offered so had to ask for some plus my eggs were under done, runny.

had a good breakfast. only one small issue I ordered the two egg breakfast with the meat and an English muffin. the sausage didn't seem to fresh but soon as I asked them for fresh ones that came back and cook to fresh new link so that's a good deal. restaurant was clean especially given the fact they had a bunch of drunken yo-yos the prior Saturday night slam busy but they had everything looking good by breakfast time

The good: Back of house was phenomenal!! The Santa Fe skillet & Lumberjack Slam did take a bit, but we're served wonderfully hot & fresh. Front of House was clean & sanitized. Wait staff were kind with every interaction. Our server even remembered my tortillas! Dining room was beautifully designed. ♥️The bad: This location is at a truck stop so we imagined we'd receive brand standard service across the board. Sat ourselves since we couldn't locate a host. Front of house staff didn't have name tags, no introduction at all, & seemed to congregate at the empty bar. Glad we frequent Denny's diners otherwise selection choices would have been left to the wind. I recall our server having a trainer uniform of some sort...Hoping she was just terribly busy this visit, otherwise they may want to reevaluate the standard being taught to new employees.

Nice service from wait staff but our order was cold looked like a quick microwave was done . Normally we have good service at Denny's we've been at but was really disappointed at this location

I would give -5 stars if I could. Waitress spent most of her time in the back. ALL of our food was cold. She said she noticed it and told the cook but brought it to us anyway. We only got 1 cup of coffee because we never could find her after bringing us our COLD food. And discounted us a whole 10% , saving us $3 on a $30 order. Would have been better off with a breakfast sandwich from Flying J.

Me and my family have been going to Denny's for years and I've never had a bad visit

Oh yeah. Best place in town to get breakfast all day. Lots of goodies to choose from. Great service
